WANGXINGYU x keshi - Trilogy Long Sleeve

Introducing the WANGXINGYU x keshi Trilogy Long Sleeve — a cut and sewn collaboration years in the making.

"We started working with XINGYU during the Gabriel era," keshi shares, "and it's an interesting parallel because we wore his very first collection during the time that I was releasing my very first album. So for us to be able to meet again and create something together that celebrates the trilogy in a really special way, is exciting."

With the assistance of Casey’s longtime stylist and collaborator Kendy, XINGYU created a deeply felt and inspired garment that spoke to the themes and his own personal interpretations of the Trilogy EPs.

Says XINGYU: “The inspiration for this collaboration mainly came from keshi's lyrics. His lyrics are rich with imagery—dreamlike visions, the solitude of being alone in a room, emotions left unspoken, and those moments of wanting to escape yet hesitating to let go. We translated these feelings into the details of the clothing: for instance, the relaxed silhouettes reflect the intimate and comfortable spaces in his music; the washed fabrics evoke the texture of memories; and the asymmetrical designs echo the sense of "imperfect yet real" emotions found in his lyrics.

“There’s a kind of "gentle restraint" in keshi’s music—emotions run deep, but the expression is subtle. The same goes for our designs: they may look simple at first glance, but once you wear them, the details start to unfold. We’re both trying, in our own ways, to express the things that are hard to put into words.”
